The FL400/A Flow Meter

The FL400/A flow meter is a versatile and intuitive device designed as an add-on to any test bench, to be mounted directly on the test bench bed.

As an essential component of the ERT45R testing method for the common rail pumps, FL400/A provides the operator with a comprehensive view of fluid dynamics within the running systems.

In fact, it accurately measures fuel flow featuring dual measurement capabilities (the fuel flow to the rail and the return flow) with ease.

A user-friendly handle facilitates quick switching between measurement lines.

Remote Display

The currently measured line's data are directly visible on the screen of the ERT45R control unit, allowing the operator to make informed decisions on-the-fly.

This feature ensures that operators can monitor real-time measurements and flow rates without the need for any specific operation, significantly enhancing the efficiency of the testing procedure.

Compatibility note

In comparison to the previous versions (FL200 and FL400), the FL400/A flow meter boasts superior flow rate measurement capabilities, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty and industrial applications (such as the CAT C6.6, Denso HP, and Cummins XPI). Of course, it is equally suitable for lower flow rate scenarios, such as Bosch CP1 and CP4 systems and others.
