Dieses Gerät wurde als Modul für zwei Hauptanwendungen entwickelt:
- in Verbindung mit dem Prüfstand DIT31 zur Prüfung von Common-Rail-Injektoren
- in Verbindung mit dem ERT45R-Simulator, um das gesamte Common-Rail-System (Pumpe + Rail + Injektoren) auf einem beliebigen Prüfstand laufen zu lassen.
Haupteigenschaften:
- Auslösebefehl für elektromagnetische Aktoren (immer vorhanden)
- Auslösebefehl für Piezoaktoren (optional von der CRP-Erweiterung bereitgestellt)
- Ready to Multiple Injection-Technologie (Voreinspritzung, Haupteinspritzung, Recovery Injection)
- Es ist keine manuelle Einstellung erforderlich. Tatsächlich werden alle Parameter, die zur Erzeugung der entsprechenden Impulse erforderlich sind, auf speziellen Smartcards (Auslösekarten) gespeichert.
- Grundlegende Auslösekarten werden zur Verfügung gestellt, um die Testparameter eines brandneuen Injektors zu erfassen. Diese Zahlen können verwendet werden, um die Testergebnisse von Injektoren mit derselben Teilenummer zu vergleichen.
- Zusätzlich zu den grundlegenden Auslösekarten sind für einige Injektoren von Bosch, Delphi und Denso spezielle Auslösekarten (mit gebrauchsfertigen Testdaten) erhältlich.
- In Verbindung mit dem ERT45R-Simulator steht der RPM-Eingang für die dynamische Ansteuerung von bis zu 4 Einspritzventilen zur Verfügung. Optional können mehrere zusätzliche 4 Injektoren hinzugefügt werden.

Training service for the use of the ERT45R Simulator with the kits for the test of DELPHI DPCN pumps. This is not a full training concerning the complete overhault of this pump.

- Practice with the help of DETEQ technicians. The participants will be first instructed and then followed step by step by our technical personnel for practical exercises.

Adapter for use the advance reader sensor on Delphi DP200 injection pumps

Dieses Gerät ist erforderlich, um einen Prüfstand für die wesentlichen Anforderungen zur Steuerung der digital gesteuerten Pumpen (Bosch VP44-VR30, Delphi DP210 und Epic, Denso ECD-V3 / V4 / V5) kompatibel zu machen.
Darüber hinaus ist das spezielle Kupplungssystem (prüfstandsseitig) vorgesehen, damit nach erfolgter Einstellung des Pumpenzeitpunkts keine Drehung mehr erforderlich ist, um die Pumpe vom Prüfstand abzunehmen.
Die Halterung kann auf jedem Prüfstand installiert werden, dessen Mitte der Drehachse 125 mm von der Basis entfernt ist. In anderen Fällen sind spezielle Abstandshalter erhältlich.

Folgende Komponenten werden mitgeliefert:

- Kupplungssystem: Nabe Ø20mm mit Riemenscheibe (pumpenseitig)
