Training for the use of the ERT45R simulator with the programming kit for testing the Bosch CP1/CP3/CP4 common rail pumps.

Service features:
- The training course will take place in Italy at the DETEQ site
- Duration of 1 day
- Maximum for 2 participants
- It is taught in English
- Standard training is intended for participants who are already operators of diesel systems.
- Technical instructions on the technology of the components that are the object of the operation of the machine are excluded. This type of service can only be provided with DETEQ.
- At the end of the training a certificate of attendance will be issued

- Performance characteristics of the products
- Details and installation problems
- Methods of use
- Maintenance
- Practice with the help of DETEQ technicians. Participants will first be instructed and followed by our technical staff for practical exercises.

The kit includes the mounting adapters for the following pumps: Bosch VE, Zexel VE, Delphi DPC, DPC, DP200, DPS.

The kit includes:

Sensor kit for CPS ( carriage position sensor) on Delphi DP210 pumps

Training service for the use of the ERT45R Simulator with the kits for the test of DELPHI DPCN pumps. This is not a full training concerning the complete overhault of this pump.
The matters of this training are the following:

- Methods of use
- Maintenance
- Practice with the help of DETEQ technicians. The participants will be first instructed and then followed step by step by our technical personnel for practical exercises.
- Location: in Italy at DETEQ headquarter
- Duration: 1 day (8 working hours)
- Maximum number of attenders: 2 diesel specialists having skills on this type of pump
- Is held in English Language
- Individual Certificate of Training is delivered.

This device is necessary to make any test bench compatible for the essential requirements of controlling the digitally controlled pumps (Bosch VP44-VR30, Delphi DP210 and Epic, Denso ECD-V3/V4/V5).
Furthermore, the special coupling system (bench side) is provided in order that once the adjustiment of the pump timing is done, no rotation is necessary for the removal of the pump from the test bench.
The bracket is suitable to be installed on any test bench having center of the rotation axel at 125 mm from the base. In other cases, specific spacers are available.

The following components are provided:
- Centering bracket: mounting flange Ø 68mm
- Coupling system: hub Ø20mm with pulley (pump side)

Training service for the use of the ERT45R Simulator with the kits for the test of Delphi DP2... and DP3.. pumps. This is not a full training concerning the complete overhault of this pump.
