This innovative simulator has been developed through extensive research, resulting in a versatile device that is programmable via smartcards (microchip cards). The ERT45R is a long-term investment, allowing for easy expansion through a selection of available programming kits—21 options are currently available. Each kit includes a programming card (software), a detailed instruction manual with step-by-step illustrations, base cables (2 meters in length), and adapter cables tailored for specific pump connectors. With a straightforward setup, at least one programming kit is necessary for functionality, making the ERT45R an essential tool for professionals seeking to enhance their testing capabilities while ensuring flexibility and efficiency in their work environment.

As a key component of the ERT45R testing method, the FL400/A flow meter features dual measurement capabilities, to alternatively monitor the flow rate to the hi-pressure rail and return flow. (automotive and industrial applications).

Training for the use of the ERT45R simulator with the programming kit for testing the Bosch CP1/CP3/CP4 common rail pumps.

Service features:
- The training course will take place in Italy at the DETEQ site
- Duration of 1 day
- Maximum for 2 participants
- It is taught in English
- Standard training is intended for participants who are already operators of diesel systems.
- Technical instructions on the technology of the components that are the object of the operation of the machine are excluded. This type of service can only be provided with DETEQ.
- At the end of the training a certificate of attendance will be issued

- Performance characteristics of the products
- Details and installation problems
- Methods of use
- Maintenance
- Practice with the help of DETEQ technicians. Participants will first be instructed and followed by our technical staff for practical exercises.
