TC38 - Unidad de activación de inyectores para inyectores common rail.
Esta unidad ha sido desarrollada como un módulo, para ser utilizada en dos aplicaciones principales:
- junto con el banco de pruebas DIT31, para probar cualquier inyector common rail
- junto con el simulador ERT45R, para hacer funcionar el sistema completo de riel común (bomba + riel + inyectores) en cualquier banco de pruebas.
Principales características:
- Comando de activación para actuadores electromagnéticos (siempre incluido)
- Comando de activación para actuadores piezoeléctricos (proporcionado como opcional, por la extensión CRP)
- Tecnología lista para inyección múltiple (preinyección, inyección principal, inyección de recuperación)
- no se requiere ajuste manual, de hecho, todos los parámetros necesarios para generar los pulsos apropiados se memorizan en tarjetas inteligentes especiales (tarjetas de activación)
- Se proporcionan tarjetas de activación básicas para adquirir los parámetros de prueba de cualquier inyector nuevo. Estas cifras se pueden usar para comparar los resultados de las pruebas de inyectores que tienen el mismo número de pieza.
- Además de las tarjetas de activación básicas, hay disponibles tarjetas de activación específicas (completas con datos de prueba listos para usar) para algunos de los inyectores Bosch, Delphi y Denso.
- cuando se usa con el simulador ERT45R, la entrada RPM está disponible para el disparo dinámico hasta 4 inyectores, automáticamente de forma específica a diferentes velocidades. Se pueden agregar múltiples inyectores adicionales, como opción.
