A Unidade de Controlo ERT45R é o núcleo de um sistema de teste universal concebido para bombas injetoras diesel controladas eletronicamente, compatível com qualquer banco de testes. Este simulador inovador foi desenvolvido através de uma extensa pesquisa, resultando num dispositivo versátil e programável através de smartcards (cartões com microchip). Esta funcionalidade alinha-se perfeitamente aos requisitos operacionais modernos.
O ERT45R é um investimento a longo prazo, permitindo uma fácil expansão através de uma seleção de kits de programação disponíveis – estão atualmente disponíveis 21 opções. Cada kit inclui um cartão de programação (software), um manual de instruções detalhado com ilustrações passo a passo, cabos de base (2 metros de comprimento) e cabos adaptadores feitos à medida para conectores de bombas específicos. Com uma configuração simples, é necessário pelo menos um kit de programação para a funcionalidade, tornando o ERT45R uma ferramenta essencial para os profissionais que procuram melhorar as suas capacidades de teste e, ao mesmo tempo, garantir flexibilidade e eficiência no seu ambiente de trabalho.
Flange de centragem universal para bombas common rail, com 4 anéis.
O flange 8155-E garante a fixação centralizada da maioria das bombas cr (Bosch CP1, CP3, CP4, Delphi, Denso, VDO), em qualquer bancada de testes.
O flange é equipado com 4 anéis de redução para encaixar os diâmetros do cubo de 50, 60, 68, 80 mm, bem como as bombas CP1K.
O flange requer berço universal 9680-A ou similar.

It is also equipped with ball valve, to measure the negative pressure generated by the pump.
Caution: Not all test benches are able to supply the amount of flow required by the comon rail pumps. Therefore, it is crucial to monitor that, during the test, the pump does not go into cavitation.

Warrants the centered clamping of the pumps having 50 mm hub diameter, on any test bench. The flange requires 9680-A universal cradle or similar.
