The ERT45R Control Unit is the core of a universal testing system designed for electronically controlled diesel injection pumps, compatible with any test bench. This innovative simulator has been developed through extensive research, resulting in a versatile device that is programmable via smartcards (microchip cards). This feature aligns perfectly with modern operational requirements.
The ERT45R is a long-term investment, allowing for easy expansion through a selection of available programming kits—21 options are currently available. Each kit includes a programming card (software), a detailed instruction manual with step-by-step illustrations, base cables (2 meters in length), and adapter cables tailored for specific pump connectors. With a straightforward setup, at least one programming kit is necessary for functionality, making the ERT45R an essential tool for professionals seeking to enhance their testing capabilities while ensuring flexibility and efficiency in their work environment.

- The ERT45R control unit (part number 81.01.080B) is essential to operate the software functionalities. This programmable control unit supports operations on over 20 different types of diesel injection pumps, further enhancing the system's versatility.
- The special cradle (part number 81.01.1A01) is mandatory for proper functionality. It can also be utilized with other types of diesel injection pumps, making it a versatile tool.
- The kit (part number 81.01.1A14) configures the special cradle exclusively for Bosch VP44 and VR30 pumps, ensuring precise compatibility.

This device is necessary to make any test bench compatible for the essential requirements of controlling the digitally controlled pumps (Bosch VP44-VR30, Delphi DP210 and Epic, Denso ECD-V3/V4/V5).
Furthermore, the special coupling system (bench side) is provided in order that once the adjustiment of the pump timing is done, no rotation is necessary for the removal of the pump from the test bench.
The bracket is suitable to be installed on any test bench having center of the rotation axel at 125 mm from the base. In other cases, specific spacers are available.
